Pickup rpm sensor can be turned OFF and ON by accessing channel 205. The PTO rpm sensor must be on for slip clutch alert to work.

NOTE: Turning OFF the drive roll sensor on channel 205 and turning ON PTO sensor on channel 204 allows automatic speed compensation during wrapping cycle. If there is a malfunction, pickup rpm sensor can be turned OFF by changing channel 205 value to 0.

Both channels 204 and 205 must be turned ON to use slip clutch alert features.


Turning Feature On and Off:

  1. Turn tractor key to ON position. Do not start tractor.

  2. Press and hold both COUNTER key (A) and NUMBER OF WRAPS key (B) while turning monitor-controller to ON. CH201 must be displayed.

  3. Release both keys. Baler model is displayed.

  4. Press and hold COUNTER key (A) and press the PLUS key (C) until CH205 is shown in display.

  5. Release COUNTER key (A).

  6. To turn rpm sensor ON, press PLUS key (C) until 310 value is displayed. To turn rpm sensor OFF, press the PLUS key (C) until 0 value is displayed.

  7. Release PLUS key (C).

  8. Turn monitor-controller OFF to enter setting into memory.

  9. Turn monitor-controller ON to verify baler model number. Model number is displayed approximately 2 seconds. If displayed baler model number is incorrect, see BALER MODEL PROGRAM (CHANNEL 201) in this section.

  10. Turn tractor key to OFF position and remove key.
