Final Drive Oil Check

Check the final drive oil every 250 hours of operation.

Park the windrower on firm, level ground so that the inspection/fill plugs are horizontal, as shown.

Shut the engine off and remove the key.

Remove either plug and oil should be just at the orifice.

If oil needs to be added, open the other plug to equalize pressure and add oil until it just begins to run out.

Install the plug(s) and repeat procedure on the other side.

SAE 75W-90 API-GL5 Synthetic oil is the only lubricant for the windrower final drive wheels.
