Checking Hydraulic Oil Level

Check the hydraulic oil level every 10 hours of operation.

Check the oil or any fluids with the windrower on level ground. If the windrower has been working, allow enough time after shutdown for the oil or fluid to run to the bottom of the tank or pan.

Platform should be down to check hydraulic oil level.

A - Hydraulic Oil Sight Glass

B - Hydraulic Oil Fill Cap

C - Hydraulic Oil Dipstick

The hydraulic oil sight tube (A) allows the operator to check the oil level at a glance.

NOTE: Check hydraulic oil level with the platform down and oil cool.

For a more accurate check of the hydraulic oil or if oil needs to be added, remove the hydraulic tank oil cap (B).

The hydraulic oil dipstick (C), attached to the cap, should be used to accurately monitor the oil.
