Drive Wheel Removal

For removal and installation of the drive wheels:

• Park the windrower on a firm and level surface.
• Remove the header.
• Block all wheels.

1. Place the GSL in N-DETENT, shut the engine off and remove the key.

2. Jack up windrower under leg jack point (A), and raise windrower wheel slightly off ground.

3. Remove wheel nuts and wheel.

4. Ensure that air valves are on outside and tire tread points forward.

   NOTE: For Turf tires be sure arrow on sidewall points in forward direction.

5. Position wheel on hub and install wheel nuts.

6. Torque nuts to 300 N·m (220 lb.ft.). Follow torque sequence shown.

   CAUTION: To avoid damage to wheel rims, Do Not over-tighten wheel nuts.

7. Repeat sequence three times.

8. Lower windrower and remove jack.
