In the case of dual codes being shown for an item (primarily the solenoid valves) the first code indicates a SHORT CIRCUIT condition, while the second code indicates an OPEN CIRCUIT condition. E41 would be a SHORT in the feel fore / aft solenoid V2C while E141 would indicate an OPEN circuit.
