B - Primary Electronic Control Unit

C - Moisture Control Unit

D - Weighing System Control Unit

Stray currents from welding process can damage electronic components. To avoid damage to such components, do the following before welding on baler:
  1. To avoid any potential damage to tractor electronics, disconnect tractor from baler (7-pin light wire harness, PTO, hydraulic hoses, and hitch).
  2. Disconnect baler wire harness from ISOBUS connector on tractor.
  3. If wire harnesses are near area to be welded, move them to avoid heat damage.
  4. Do not weld near electronic control units (A—D). If welding is required near one, remove control unit from baler.
  5. Do not attach welder ground cable to a rotating shaft or on opposite side of a bearing. Potential arcing damage to bearings can occur.
  6. Connect welding ground cable on baler frame near point to be welded.

When welding is completed, reconnect or reinstall components.
