Every 500 hours of operation, replace hydraulic oil and filter.

  1. Place machine on a firm, level surface with wheels blocked to prevent rolling.

  2. Clean area around the hydraulic filler cap, hydraulic filter block, filter, and drain cap.

  3. Remove hydraulic fill cap (B).

  4. Remove O-ring (C).

  5. Remove drain plug (D).

  6. Remove hydraulic tank filter (E).

  7. Place an acceptable container under the hydraulic oil filter (F) and slowly remove filter.

  8. After oil has drained, smear a clean film of oil on the replacement hydraulic oil filter (F) gasket and O-ring.

  9. Install replacement hydraulic oil filter (F) by hand.

  10. Fill hydraulic reservoir to the top of the sight gauge (A) with replacement oil.

    Capacity: 60 L (15.85 gal)

    Use hydraulic oil recommended in Lubricants and Capacities section.

  11. Install replacement hydraulic tank filter (E) with O-ring (C).

  12. Close hydraulic fill cap (B).

  13. Start engine. Run machine at 700—800 rpm for several minutes. Check for leaks.

Dispose of waste oil and filters in accordance with local and regional environmental regulations.

Sight gauge (A) includes a thermometer. To check oil temperature, use this thermometer.
