Break In Baler

During the first 50—100 bales paint becomes worn in bale chamber and on all other crop engaging surfaces. Twine tensioner springs break in as well.

Twine tensioners need tightened sometime during the break-in period to maintain adequate tension on the tie system. Before performing more diagnostics on knotters, check and adjust twine tension during break-in period.
