Adjust PTO Sensor

1.

   PTO Sensor (540 rpm)

   A - Bracket

   B - Sensor

   C - Slip Clutch Lobes

   Measure the clearance between the sensor (B) and the slip clutch lobes (C) using a feeler gauge or calipers.

2. Bend the sensor mounting bracket (A) as necessary until the clearance between the sensor and the slip clutch lobes is within specification.

   PTO Sensor	Clearance	2—8 mm (0.08—0.31 in)

Adjust Lower Pickup Drive Roll Sensor

1.

   A - Sensor

   B - Sprocket

   Measure the distance between sensor (A) and sprocket (B) using a feeler gauge. The clearance must be within specification.

2. Loosen sensor bracket hardware and adjust sensor position as necessary.

3. Tighten bracket hardware after sensor is correctly positioned.
