Adjust Roller Baffle Height (MegaWide™ Plus Only)

Do not remove plastic tie bands (A) from pickup baffle roller. If tie bands are removed, crop could wrap around roller between rods and tube.

Replace missing tie bands as soon as possible.

   A - Carriage Bolt (2 each side)

   B - Rubber Belt

   Baffle height is adjusted by removing carriage bolts (A) and moving top end of the rubber belt forward, or to the rear.

2. To increase baffle height from ground, move belt (B) to rear holes. Fasten with carriage bolts (A).

3. To decrease baffle height from ground, move belt (B) to front holes. Fasten with carriage bolts (A).

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the opposite side.

5. Adjust clearance between compressor rods and rotor strippers. (See Adjust Compressor Rods in this section.)
