Unplug Baler Under Power

   Shut off the tractor engine.

2. Place the gate lock valve in the locked position (A).

3. Start the tractor engine. Raise belt tension arm with the gate control SCV until the upper arm (B) starts to move.

4. Engage the PTO.

5. If belts slip, lower the belt tension arm. Do not prolong belt slippage as damage can occur to the baler.

   If belts slip, lower the belt tension arm.

6. If the baler clears, shut off tractor, unlock the gate lock valve, and resume baling.

7. If the baler does not clear, shut off the tractor and unlock the gate. Then, discharge the bale. Shut off the tractor with the gate open.

8. With the gate open, put the gate lock valve in the locked position (A).

9. Lower the pickup and unplug it manually.

10. Raise the pickup to operating height.

11. Unlock the gate lock valve, lower the gate, and resume baling.
