    Start feeding the windrow.

  2. Move quickly to one side, feeding the baler for several yards as close as possible to the side sheet without leaving hay in the field.

Weaving back and forth across the windrow must be done quickly in a crisp zigzag fashion to balance crop intake side-to-side. Weaving too often or too slowly puts too much crop in the center of the bale and must be avoided.

  3. Move quickly to the other side, feeding the baler for several yards as close as possible to the side sheet without leaving hay in the field.

  4. Move quickly back to the other side, feeding the baler as close as possible to the side sheet. Continue feeding this side until bale shape indicator (A) or (B), corresponding to the feeding side, rises into the green and stops rising.

  5. Then, quickly drive to the other side. Continue feeding this side until bale shape indicator (A) or (B), corresponding to the feeding side, rises into the green and stops rising. Then move to the other side.

  6. To monitor the center of the bale, use the indicator (C).

  7. Continue to feed in this manner until the near full indicator is displayed. Finish up the bale by feeding one side of the baler. Ensure that all three bale shape indicators are at the same height in the green.

Do not weave from one side unless the bale shape indicators are different by at least 4 bars.

If the bale shape indicators display incorrect information about the bale shape, see Calibrate Bale Shape Sensors in the Baler Application Service section.
