Install Net Wrap Actuator

    A - Washer, 13 x 25 x 3 mm

    B - Washer, 13 x 25 x 3 mm (2 used)

    C - Cotter Pin, 4 x 25 mm

    Install the base end of the actuator (motor down) on the right-hand side of the gate with a previously removed crowned pin. Insert the pin through the inside hole in actuator support, washer (A), actuator, and the outside hole in the support.


  2. Install two washers (B) and cotter pin (C).

    Install link (A) over the rod end of the actuator as shown. Insert a crowned pin (previously removed) from the top through the link and the actuator rod.


  4. Install a previously removed washer and cotter pin (B).

  5. Connect the wire harness to the actuator. Fasten the connector and harness to the actuator motor with a tie band.

  6. Close the actuator door.

  7. If this procedure is not followed, net feeds continuously during the next bale.

    Connect the ISOBUS baler plug to the tractor ISO socket. Turn the tractor ignition key to the ON position. Do not start the tractor engine.

    A - Idler Pulley

    Mark the position of the V-belt idler pulley (A) and remove the pulley.

    B - Actuator Retract Icon

    Using the Actuator Extend icon (A) and the Actuator Retract icon (B), cycle the actuator several times. Observe the actuator and ensure that it fully extends and fully retracts. If not, check for binding at the mounting pins, clean the electrical connections, and check for low tractor voltage. There must be a minimum of 9.7 V with the tractor engine running.


  13. Use the extend or retract icon and return the actuator to approximately half way up or down.

  14. Reinstall the V-belt idler pulley in the original position.

  15. Using the extend or retract icon, move the actuator so that the idler pulley has no pressure on the belt.

  16. Turn off the engine and remove key.
