Calibrate Bale Diameter Sensor—Quick Calibration
The baler was calibrated from the factory using the quick calibration
procedure. This procedure is used to calibrate the baler before baling
any hay. If the bale diameter sensor is replaced or readjusted, use
this procedure to calibrate the display.

softkey.

A - Start Quick Calibration Button
Select the Start Quick Calibration button (A) on the calibration
page.
Follow instructions on the monitor screen and select the task
completion box after each step is complete.

B - Cancel Calibration Box
Using the tractor SCV, close the gate fully.

Select the task completion box (A) or the cancel calibration
box (B).

Using the tractor SCV, open the gate fully. Select the task
completion box (A) when it appears on the monitor screen.

Using the tractor SCV, close the gate fully. Select the task
completion box (A) or the cancel calibration box (B).

Repeat the gate operation cycle two additional times. The gate
must be closed, opened, then closed again a total of three times.

When all calibration steps have been completed, the End of
Calibration screen appears on the monitor. Select the task completion
box (A) or the cancel calibration box (B).

After the Task Completion box is checked, the Calibration
Successful screen appears.

If additional calibrations are necessary, the desired
calibration softkey can be selected from the main menu on the current
display screen.
