Adjust Net Wrap Feed Roll Pressure

   A - Brake Lever

   B - Brake Band

   Open net wrap cover.

2. Pull brake lever (A) out and up to disengage roller brake band (B).

3. Remove any foreign material or net wrap from between the rolls.

4. Too much pressure can cause net wrap to wrap on rubber roll. A lack of pressure prevents net wrap from being fed by the rolls to the bale or can cause poor placement of net wrap material on the bale.

   A - Distance, Over Coils

   B - Adjusting Nut

   C - Distance, Bolt Head to Bracket

   Adjust spring length by loosening or tightening spring adjusting nut (B) until dimensions (A) and (C) are within specifications.

   Feed Roll Spring	Distance Over Coils	20.5 mm (0.807 in)

   Bolt Head to Bracket	Distance	1—12 mm (0.039—0.197 in)

5. Engage brake by pulling out lever and positioning lever under tab.

6. Repeat on the opposite side.
