A - Chain Idler

B - Nut (2 used)

C - Eyebolt

D - Mounting Bracket

E - Distance

As the chain stretches, further adjustments are necessary.

Adjust the tension on the chain idler (A) as follows:

  1. Loosen nuts (B).

  2. Tighten the adjusting nut until the distance (E) from the mounting bracket (D) to the end of the eyebolt (C) is within specification.
    Distance (E)—5 Foot Wide PickupDistance19 mm (0.748 in)

    Distance (E)—6 Foot Wide PickupDistance50 mm (1.97 in)

  3. Tighten nuts (B).
