Remove and Install Roller Baffle (MegaWide Plus Pickup)

    A - Locating Pins (2 one each side)

    B - Slot (Front and Back of Bracket)

    C - Flange-Head Cap Screw (1 each side)

    Remove cap screw (C) from each end of roller.


  2. Roller is heavy. Use care when removing the locating pins from the bracket. Support first end of the roller before removing the locating pins from the opposite side.

    Carefully, remove the locating pins (A) from the slots (B). Lower the end of the roller to a support while removing locating pins from the opposite side.

  3. Remove locating pins from the other side and carefully remove the roller baffle.


Install Roller Baffle

  1. Support the roller so each end will be approximately the same height.

    Install roller baffle locating pins (A) into slots (B) on support bracket. Repeat on opposite side.

  2. Fasten each end of the roller baffle with the cap screw (C).
