    Open net wrap cover.

  2. Swing lower tension arm out.

  3. Metal strip within B-Wrap material must be on the left-hand side of baler.

Before loading B-Wrap material (A), make sure that striped end (B) is facing to the right-hand side. Place B-Wrap roll at loading position.

  4. Place free end of the B-Wrap from the top of the roll between the net frame and cross-member and rubber roll.

    B - Net Wrap Roll

    C - Rubber Roll

    D - Steel Roll

    E - Distance, 12—25 mm (1/2—1 in) B-Wrap Extension

Thread B-Wrap (A), as illustrated, around the net wrap roll (B) and rubber roll (C).

  8. Extend B-Wrap (A) no more than 12—25 mm (1/2—1 in) (E) between rubber roll (C) and steel roll (D).

Maximum length is 25 mm (1 in), any longer can cause net to stick to the rolls.

  9. Do not thread more than 25 mm (1 in) of the loop between the two rolls or it can cause material to wrap around the rolls.

Avoid knife contact with rubber roll. Any knife cuts in the rubber roll covering can result in more frequent sticking of the net around the rolls and can require roll replacement.

If B-Wrap is not being pulled off front face of roll, B-Wrap roll has been installed backwards. (See steps 2—5 for correction installation.)

    B - Rubber Roll

    C - Steel Roll

    D - Brake Lever

Gather and twist the material (A) into a tight spiral and hold between the rubber roll (B) and the steel roll (C). While holding the spiral of net, relock the lever (D).

  10. With a sharp knife cut off the excess material.

Do not cut material on the roll.

  11. Close net wrap cover.

  12. To avoid material wrapping on the rubber roll, release brake lever and reset brake before using the baler at the beginning of each day.

  13. Adjust net wrap feed roll brake tension. (See Check and Adjust Net Wrap Feed Roll Brake in Service—Net Wrap section of the Operator’s Manual.)
