Adjust Wheel Spindles

Wheel spindle positions are determined by tire size, pickup type, and crop conditions. (See WHEEL SPINDLE POSITIONS in this section.)

1. When raising the baler with jack or hoist, place a jackstand or equivalent support under baler frame. Avoid placing jackstand under MegaWide™ pickup frame.

   Park baler on level surface.

2. Using a jack or hoist, raise one side of baler. Place jackstand or equivalent support under baler frame.

3. Remove wheel.

4. Remove nuts, washers, and spindle.

5. Reposition wheel spindle and reinstall hardware. Tighten nuts to specifications.

   Wheel Spindle Mounting Hardware	Torque	237 N·m (175 lb.-ft.)

6. Install wheel. (See CHECK WHEEL NUT TORQUE in this section.)

7. Repeat procedure on opposite side.
