Adjust Upper Tension (Take-Up) Arm Cylinder

   A - Retracted Distance, 387.35 mm (15.25 in.)

   B - Distance, 436 ± 1.5 mm (17.1 ± 0.05 in.)

   C - Reference Check, 24 mm (0.94 in.)

   Verify that rod end cylinder port contains breather that will pass air.

2. Install jam nut on cylinder rod and apply NEVER-SEEZ to 25 mm (1 in.) of end threads.

3. A reference check for when the cylinder is already installed is from the base of the hex block to the end of the exposed threads (C).

   With hydraulic cylinder retracted (A), install end block to obtain distance (B) between center of hole in hydraulic cylinder base and center of hole in end block.

4. Tighten jam nut against end block. Wipe off excessive NEVER-SEEZ.
