Wheel Spindle Positions on 450M and 550M Balers with MegaWide™ Plus Pickup and 21.5L x 16.1 Tires

No raised baler position is available with this spindle. Using spindle positions other than normal position can lead to machine damage.

A - Cap Screw, M16 x 180 (4 used) (Without Bale Ramp)

A - Cap Screw with Flat Washer, M16 x 200 (4 used) (With Bale Ramp)

B - Spacer Plate

C - Flange Nut, M16 (4 used)

D - Spindle

Normal position, as shown, is recommended for all baling conditions.

• Pickup teeth do not touch the ground with the pickup lowered, depending on the tractor drawbar height.

Cap screw heads are to face inside of frame; nuts on outside of wheel spindle.

1. Install cap screws (A), spacer plate (B), flange nuts (C), and spindle (D).

2. Tighten flange nuts to specification.

   Flange Nuts	Torque	350 N·m (255 lb·ft)

3. Repeat on the opposite side.
