It is suggested the following items be checked sometime during the first season of operation.

□ Inspect entire machine for loose or missing hardware.

□ Check belt lacings for excess wear.

□ Check belt pins every 2000 bales. Replace worn or damaged pins.

□ All chains are correctly tightened.

□ All safety shields and safety chain are in place.

□ Check for broken or damaged parts.

□ If possible, run the baler to see if it is functioning properly.

□ A good quality twine and/or surface wrap is being used and is threaded correctly.

□ Check operating adjustments. If possible, inspect wraps on a few bales.

□ Review the entire Operator's Manual with the customer and stress the importance of safety precautions, special operating conditions, and proper and regular lubrication.

□ Check the precutter knives (if equipped).
