Replace and Adjust Bale Diameter Sensor

A - Sensor Mounting Bracket

B - Carriage Bolt and Nut

C - Cap Screw and Nut (2 each used)

1. Remove and retain the carriage bolt and nut (B) and cap screws and nuts (C).

2. Replace mounting bracket (A).

3. Reinstall the carriage bolt and nut (B) and cap screws and nuts (C).

   Do not over tighten the carriage bolt (B).

   B - Connector

   To replace the sensor, unplug the connector (B).

5. Remove and retain the cap screws (A).

   B - Shaft Bracket

   C - Shaft Bracket Assembly

   Remove the sensor (A) from the shaft bracket (B). Replace the sensor (A).

7. Remove the shaft bracket assembly (C), if necessary.

   Reinstall the cap screws (A) and plug in the connector (B).
