Install Wheel Spindles on 450M Balers with MegaWide™ HC2 Pickup
and 21.5 X 16.1 Tires
No raised baler position is available with this spindle.
Using spindle positions other than normal position can lead to machine
damage.

Normal position, as shown, is recommended for all baling conditions.

Pickup teeth do not touch the ground with the pickup lowered,
depending on the tractor drawbar height.
Cap screw heads are to face inside of the frame, nuts
on the outside of the wheel spindle.
When raising the baler with a jack or hoist, place
a jackstand or equivalent support under the baler frame (A) before
installing the spindles and tires. Do not place the jackstand under
the MegaWide HC2 Pickup frame.

Park the baler on a level surface.

Using a jack or hoist, raise one side of the baler. Place a
jackstand or equivalent support under the baler frame (A).

Install cap screws (B), spacer plate (E), flange nuts (D), and
spindle (C).

Tighten to specification.
