The monitor-controller software includes various model programs. Each program is written specifically for the baler model for which the monitor-controller was originally supplied.

When replacing monitor-controller with a new unit, or moving monitor-controller to a different model baler, review, and revise the model program if necessary.

The model number displayed on the monitor-controller must match the baler model number. The twine or net wrap application, slip clutch alert, and optional variable core features only operate correctly if the numbers match.

To Change Model Program:

1. Turn tractor key to ON position. Do not start the tractor.

2. Press and hold both COUNTER key (A) and NUMBER OF WRAPS key (B) for the BaleTrak™ Pro or hold both the COUNTER key and the BALE SIZE key for the BaleTrak™ Plus while the turning monitor-controller to ON. CH201 must be displayed.

3. Release both keys. Baler model is displayed.

4. To change to the desired model, press the PLUS or MINUS key.

5. Turn monitor-controller OFF to enter setting into memory.

6. Turn monitor-controller ON to verify baler model number. Baler model is displayed for approximately 2 seconds. If displayed baler model number is incorrect, repeat steps 1—6.

7. Turn tractor key to OFF position and remove key.
