Breaking-In Baler

Belts and drive loads increase as the bale size approaches maximum diameter. Frequent forming of oversize bales can lead to premature failures.

A break-in period of approximately 50 bales can increase the life and reduce maintenance of baler. During the break-in period, a 1.1 m (42 in.) bale diameter or smaller bale is recommended.
