    E - Twine Moving Indicator

    F - Twine Guides

Pull twine from rear-most twine ball through guides (A).

  2. Pull twine from front-most twine ball through guide (B).

  3. Insert twine between tension plates (C) and (D) and pull out through front side.

If using plastic or small sisal twine, proceed to step 4. if using large sisal twine, proceed to step 5.

  4. When using plastic twine and small sisal twine, wrap twine a FULL turn around twine moving indicators (E) and through twine guides (F). Twine should wrap behind strand which comes down from twine box. Check that indicator (E) is free to spin.

  5. Wrapping large sisal twine a full turn around the indicator may cause the twine to cling to itself and break or cause excessive twine tension.

Large Sisal Twine: Route twine around indicators (E) as shown, without making a full turn.

  6. Route twine from indicators (E) through guides (F).

  7. Twine arms can move unexpectedly. Keep hands out of twine arm path to avoid crushing. Turn off power BEFORE adjusting twine arms or twine cutter mechanism.

Stay out of the path of twine arms at all times when power to twine arms is ON.
