Check For Looped Net Material

Net material looped above counterknife angle after cut off can get pinched between front sheet and rubber roll when counterknife angle is raised.

Looping net material is caused from brake not quickly stopping roll of net material.

   Make a bale and wrap.

2. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

3. Open net wrap cover.

4. Perform visual check from right-hand side of baler.

   • If net material is against steel roll as shown, surface wrap must be performing acceptably.
   • If net material (A) is looped over counterknife angle (B), brake torque can be too low. (See CHECK AND ADJUST NET WRAP FEED ROLL BRAKE in this section.
