Chopper Door PositionThe lower deflector door (A) can be installed in the middle position. Put spring loaded pins (B) in holes (C) on both sides of the chopper to hold door in position. This position is recommended for both chopping and baling. IMPORTANT: Do not harvest crop with door in raised position. The door will prevent crop material from exiting combine. The lower deflector door can be raised for access to the tow hook. Put spring loaded pins in holes (D) on both sides of the chopper to hold door in up position. The deflector door can also be lowered for access to the cleaner. Lowering the door will also provide more exit room for straw when baling in heavy straw conditions.
