Replacing Cleaning Fan Belt

Start engine, engage separator and operate fan at maximum speed.

Disengage separator and shut off engine.

CAUTION: Engine must be off, park brake set and key removed.

Wedge bottom sheave (A) open.

Disconnect support arms (B) and swing arms away.

Remove upper sheave (C) and pull belt (D) over lower sheave.

Install new belt, remove wedge and connect support arms.

Check adjustment of cleaning fan speed.
