Removing Horizontal Unloading Auger

CAUTION: Shut off engine, set park brake and remove key.

1. Remove attaching hardware and spout.

2. Remove cap screws (B).

3. Remove end cap and auger (C) from horizontal tube.

4. Loosen set screw and turn locking collar (D) in direction of shaft rotation.

5. Remove round head bolts (E), flangettes and bearing.

6. Remove end cap from auger and auger from horizontal tube.

E-Round Head Bolt

7. Remove inspection covers (A).

NOTE: Check location of horizontal and vertical auger flightings through elbow inspection hole before removing auger.

8. Remove round head bolts (B) from carrier bearing support and tube.

9. Remove auger through horizontal tube.
