To disable THEFTLOCK®, enter your secret code as follows; pause no more than 15 seconds between steps:
1.
Turn the ignition on.
2.
Turn the receiver off.
3.
Press and hold pushbuttons 1 and 5 together until "SECURE" shows on the display.
4.
Press TUNE/SEEK. The display will show "0000".
5.
Press SEEK as many times as needed to make the last two digits agree with your secret code.

6.
Press TUNE as many times as needed to make the first two digits agree with your code.
7.
Confirm that the code on the display matches the code you have written down.
8.
Press BAND. The display will show "---" indicating that the receiver is no longer secure (if the display shows "SECURE", the incorrect code was entered. Repeat steps 1-8).
If your receiver is secure and battery power is lost, the receiver will not operate. "LOCKED" will appear on the display when the receiver PWR button is pushed or when the ignition is turned on.
