Adjusting Conveyor "Float"

Float cams are located on both sides of feeder house.

To set float:

Loosen nut (A)

For small grain, rotate bolt until hole (B) aligns through side sheet. A wrench flat is provided on bolt.

For grain slat clearance, loosen nut (C) and rotate cam (D) to get 3 mm (1/8 in.) slat clearance between slat and feeder house bottom on both sides.

To get 25 mm (1 in.) clearance for corn, loosen nut (A). Rotate bolt until hole (B) is aligned in upper end of slot. Torque nut (A) to specification.

Specification

Tighten nuts (A) and (C).

Cam (D) is not adjusted for corn.
