Timing Gathering Belts
To properly grip crop stalks, the gathering belts must be kept in time.
Whenever an obstruction is encountered, causing the slip clutch to slip, check gathering belt timing.
Loosen nut (A) and back off bolt (B) to loosen gathering belt.
Reposition belt on sprockets so the lug attachment link (C) of the chain is centered between the attachment links (D) of the mating chain within specification.
