Loosen nuts (A).

Tighten adjusting bolt (B) until specified force applied midway at (C) between sprockets (D) and (E) deflects chain to specification.

Specification

Sprockets -Force 90 N (20 lb)
Chain -Deflection 2-7 mm (3/32-9/32 in)

Torque nuts (A) to specification.

Specification

Nuts -Torque 115 N·m (85 lb-ft)
