End of Season Service

IMPORTANT: Do not use high pressure washer spray directly on bearings or any other area that can be damaged by water. High pressure water can get past most seals and cause damage. Dry these areas then lubricate and run combine.

1. Clean the head thoroughly. Chaff and dirt will draw moisture and cause rust.

2. Lubricate head. Grease threads on adjusting bolts.

3. Paint all parts from which paint has worn.

CAUTION: Support head with either the hydraulic cylinder safety stop or with blocks, or lower it to ground level.

4. If possible, shelter head in a dry place.

5. Order repair parts needed for next season.
