Bleeding the System
If hoses have been disconnected from cylinder, or if reel will not remain level with cutterbar, trapped air must be bled from cylinders and lines. This requires two people. Right-Hand Cylinder: Open bleed plug (A) 1/2 turn. Raise reel and hold switch until oil is free of air bubbles. Tighten plug to specification. Specification
