End of Season Service1. Install header harness (A) into storage cap. 2. Clean the platform thoroughly. Chaff and dirt will draw moisture and rust metal. IMPORTANT: Do not use high pressure washer spray directly on bearings, decals or any other area that might be damaged by water. High pressure water can get past most seals and cause damage. Dry these areas, then lube and run platform. 3. Lubricate platform. 4. Loosen belt tension on draper sides and center belt. 5. Lift up on side belts and power wash inside belts. Make sure to wash away all chaff and debris. 6. Remove center draper belt and clean frame. Reinstall belt loosely 7. Remove cutterbar drive belt from rear drive sheave and wipe clean with a good non-flammable solvent. 8. Paint all parts where paint is worn. 9. If possible, shelter the platform in a dry place.
10. Install dust caps on hydraulic lines on both sides of feeder house. 11. Bleed air from gauge wheel air bags. |

Support the platform with either the safety stop or with blocks, or lower it to ground level. Lower reel.
