Finger Pickup Settings

CAUTION: Set parking brake, shut off engine and remove key before working on reel.

IMPORTANT: Reel to knife clearance must be readjusted whenever finger pitch is changed. Failure to do so may cause damage to reel and/or cutterbar.

NOTE: This setting is used in down or tangled crop conditions.

To set the reel for most aggressive finger pickup, disengage lock pin handle on one end.

Move to opposite end of reel.

Pull out on lock pin handle.

Rotate handle to hole (A) and release lock pin.

Return to original end and set accordingly.

A-Most Aggressive Position

NOTE: This setting is used in normal crop conditions.

To set the reel for medium aggressive finger pickup, disengage lock pin handle on one end.

Move to opposite end of reel.

Pull out on lock pin handle.

Rotate handle to hole (B) and release lock pin.

Return to original end and set accordingly.

A-Medium Aggressive Setting

To set the reel for least aggressive finger pickup, disengage lock pin handle on one end.

Move to opposite end of reel.

Pull out on lock pin handle.

Rotate handle to hole (B) and release lock pin.

Return to original end and set accordingly.
