Transporting Corn Head on a Trailer

IMPORTANT: If equipped with ACTIVE HEADER CONTROL (AHC) ™ ground sensors, the sensors must be placed in storage position to prevent equipment damage when folding points.

If less transport width is desired, the points and gathering shields can be pivoted upwards to lessen transport width.

(Center Gatherer Shields) Raise the point and remove quick-lock pins (A).

(Center Gatherer Shields) Remove spring locking pin and drilled pin (B).

(Center Gatherer Shields) Press down on the point tip and pivot the point and gathering shield upwards and insert point through support (A) and insert drilled pin through pin support and transport loop (B). Retain drilled pin using spring locking pin.

(Storing ACTIVE HEADER CONTROL Ground Sensors) Rotate sensor arm (A) and up into storage position. Retain with storage lock pin (B).
