Windrow Conversion
The 936 draper platform has the capability of converting to windrowing. Both 930D and 936D draper platforms can be ordered with split-belt capabilities, which enables windrowing just to the right of the combine tires (tire restrictions exist). When windrowing, the combine separator sees no crop. If extensive windrowing is foreseen, it is recommended that the combine drives for the separator, clean grain handling system, chopper and spreader be disabled. Consult your combine operators manual or your local John Deere dealer to determine the best method to disable the drives.
