Fore/Aft Cylinder Mount Adjustments

NOTE: If moving forward from middle or rear cylinder mount position reverse the following steps.

If moving rearward from middle or front cylinder mount position follow these steps:

1. Retract cylinders, moving reel rearward.

IMPORTANT: Failure to secure the mount could cause loss of reel control when rear cylinder mount pin is removed.

2. Retain reel mounts on both ends by pinning (or bolting) (A) mount to arm.

3. Remove hose clamps as needed.

4. Remove cotter pin (A) and cylinder rear pin on both sides.

5. Extend cylinders until rear mount hole is in line with desired mount hole (B).

6. Secure cylinders to bracket using reel pin and cotter pin on both sides.

IMPORTANT: Failure to reposition clamp (D) to proper position when adjusting fore/aft cylinder mounts may cause mounts not to move freely, hoses to not slide through reel drive mount, or damage to hoses.

7. Reposition all hoses and associated hose clamps. Properly position right-hand reel drive hose clamp (D) by moving reel completely rearward (with cylinder mounted as desired) and position clamp in the closest mount hole just to the rear of right-hand reel mount.

8. Remove both reel mounting pins (or bolts) (A).

NOTE: Make sure there is sufficient hose slack to handle all reel and arm movements.

9. Retain hoses with clamps.
