Adjusting Rear Stripper
If the auger is too far from the stripper, material can be carried around the auger and will not be evenly fed into the feeder house.
The auger must feed evenly to prevent wrapping of the feederhouse top shaft.
The inner end of strippers must be aligned with feeder house opening. See CHECK AUGER STRIPPER LOCATION in Attaching and Detaching section.
Adjust stripper clearance with the platform fully raised.
Adjust auger so there is 6 mm (1/4 in.) minimum clearance between auger and fixed stripper support. Loosen screws (A) and slide stripper so there is 3 mm (1/8 in.) clearance between auger and stripper. Rotate auger by hand to check clearance as screws are tightened.
The adjustable stripper bars are reversible to provide additional wear life.
