Checking Platform Speeds
IMPORTANT:
The variable-belt drive feeder house is designed for use with a corn head or row-crop head. Using variable-belt-drive when combine is equipped with a cutting platform can cause vibration and excessive wear to cutterbar parts.
Maximum backshaft tachometer speed must be kept between 510 and 530 rpm when using a cutting platform.
