Adjusting Range Indicator (Optional)

The range indicator lets the operator know at a glance where the highest section of the cutterbar is operating within the float range.

Closest cut occurs when platform is operated with indicator near "0".

Some conditions may require the ACTIVE HEADER CONTROL (AHC) ™ be turned off and the platform height controlled manually, using the range indicator to gauge cutting height.

Lock out cutter bar or force platform down onto 4 x 4's placed under left and right-hand tilt channels with ACTIVE HEADER CONTROL (AHC) ™ system off.

Loosen lock nut (B).

Turn screw (A) until indicator ball is centered on "0".

Tighten lock nut (B).

IMPORTANT: Adjust range indicator every time cutterbar tilt range is changed.
