Beginning of Season Service
1.
Clean platform thoroughly.
2.
Adjust belts and check tension.
3.
Adjust chains and check tension.
4.
Clean grease from thrust washers of slip clutch. Grease bore of slip clutch after cleaning. Tighten nuts to specification.

5.
Lubricate platform.
6.
Go over platform and see that all bolts are tight and cotter pins are spread.
7.
Run platform at half-speed for a few minutes. Check bearings for overheating or looseness. Slip clutch must operate freely.

Review your Operator's Manual.
