1. Cleaning Fan Variable Sheaves. Fitting on hub of outer sheave. Rotate sheaves for fitting access. 2. Cleaning Fan Variable Sheaves. Fitting on hub located on inner sheave. Rotate sheaves for fitting access. NOTE: When operating in mud and water grease rear axle spindle bearings and motor pivots at 10 hours. In normal conditions grease at 50 hours. 3. Motor Pivots Two Speed Four Wheel Drive (both sides). Lube two fittings. NOTE: Grease rear hubs until grease purges from inner seal. |
4. Heavy Duty Rear Axle Spindles. Lube fittings (both sides). IMPORTANT: Pump 10 to 15 shots of grease into each fitting. 5. Unloading Auger Swivel Joint. Lube bank of three lubrication lines. 6. Feeder House Upper Drive Sheaves. Rotate sheave for access to two fittings. 7. Feeder House Reverser Drive Gear Case. Rotate sheaves for access to two fittings. |

1. Hydrostatic/Hydraulic Oil Level. Check with header on ground. Oil level must be above lower sight glass (A) and below top of upper sight glass (B). Add oil as needed. 2. Fuel System Water Separator. Check for water. Loosen plug (C) and drain. 3. Radiator, Charge Air Cooler, Oil Cooler and Condenser. Blow compressed air from inside out. Check areas for chaff buildup and clean as needed. 4. Moisture Sensor. Remove cover and clean out moisture sensor. 5. Two Speed Separator Drive. Remove dipstick (D) and check. Add oil as needed to correct level on dipstick. |
NOTE: This filter may require cleaning sooner in very dusty conditions. 6. Fresh Air Filter. To remove filter, loosen knob (E), remove door and empty tray. Remove wing nut (F) and slide filter out. Clean or replace filter. 7. Check areas (G) for packed material which could prevent header form tilting completely to either side. Clean out if required. 8. Moisture Sensor. Remove cover and clean out moisture sensor. |
