CONTOUR MASTER system maintains the horizontal header position relative to the ground. It uses sensors to determine height at each end of the header. The system tilts the header +/- 4 degrees to equalize the distances to the ground at each end of the header. The system uses a special feeder house that allows the header to tilt left and right.
If the combine is equipped with Header Height Sensing (optional), they work together to maintain the closest position of the cutter bar to the ground.
The CONTOUR MASTER system must be calibrated for each header that is used with the combine (See Calibration Procedures in this manual).
The CONTOUR MASTER system can be activated with any of the three activation buttons located on the multi-function handle.
When Header Height Resume is enabled, all three activation buttons will activate Header Height Resume and CONTOUR MASTER system.
If Header Height Sensing, Header Height Resume and CONTOUR MASTER systems are enabled activation
