Mass Flow Sensor
This page shows detailed information about the mass flow sensor. This information will help troubleshoot mass flow sensor if a problem occurs.
Raw Flow
Raw flow cell shows correct output from mass flow sensor. As grain impacts mass flow sensor, value of raw flow will increase.
Zero Flow
Zero flow cell shows output of mass flow sensor when no grain is impacting sensor.
Average Zero
This cell is for factory use only.
LB/SEC
LB/SEC cell shows total weight hitting mass flow sensor per second.
Flow Reading
Flow reading cell shows net output of mass flow sensor determined by raw flow minus flow zero.
Elevator RPM
NOTE:
If clean grain elevator speed is less than 280 rpm, then a warning message will appear. GREENSTAR system must maintain a speed greater than 280 rpm to insure a consistent mass flow measurement.
Elevator rpm cell shows the speed of clean grain elevator.
