Mass-Flow Sensor (CWS/WTS/STS Combine)-Every 50 Hours

Remove quick lock pin (A) and lower grain sample trough.

Hold top of auger and release clamps (B). Lower auger laying across auger cover.

Check mass flow sensor for material buildup on plastic wear plate (C).

In severe conditions, such as mud from edible bean harvest or green weed residue buildup in soybeans, check wear plate for residue buildup on a DAILY basis.

Remove wing nuts (A) and cover (B). Inspect for grain buildup and grain wedging between mass flow sensor and clean grain elevator housing.
